resPOND aims to be a reference player addressing the Water crisis in Europe. Starting with Germany, we are constantly looking for new people that bring expertise, curiosity, and a real drive to develop solutions that can address multiple crises at once and at scale. Roles we typically look for

• Project Finance Managers: Translate what happens in nature into solid bankable projects.
• Hydrologists and Ecologists: Analyse the potential impact of our projects during development, execution, and monitoring.
• Project Managers: Work with land owners, secure projects, develop measures and project plans, and make sure our projects actually deliver.
• Sales & Business Development: Address our corporate partners and new clients: understanding their risks and Water dependencies and how we can best resPOND.
